It has been brought to our attention that Active Waste has sent Marvin residents electronic invoices regarding fuel surcharges for May and June in error. Marvin residents shall NOT be billed for services or fuel surcharges for any services rendered after April 1, 2022.

Please contact Active at (704) 626-7400 for an updated invoice, if necessary. If you have already paid for services after April 1, 2022, please kindly let us know so we can work with Active on a refund.
